During your first session, you and your mentor will discuss your goals and other essential information about how to best serve your needs going forward. 

Every time, after an awesome session with your mentor, you will receive an email from your mentor recapping the session with a follow up practice and or resource. 

You and your mentor can meet again to continue working on your goals on your schedule.
